High Tech Ontdekkings-route

On June 10th, the High Tech Discovery Route will take place in the Brainport region.  The Nederlands Steendrukmuseum | Dutch Museum of Lithography is one of the six hotspots and opens its doors for visitors: young and old. Come and marvel. Admission is free!

Lectures on high-tech lithography:

11:00 – Museum director Maarten Kentgens tells about 200 years of lithography

13:00 – Victor Zieren discusses 60 years of micro-photolithography: from simple integrated circuit to the ‘monster’ chip’

15:00 –  Jos Vreeker, employee of ASML from the very beginning, takes you to the early days of the company

In addition, there are various activities for children from 10:00 am to 16:00, where they can get acquainted with technology in a playful way. Among other things, there are robots you can play with, make your own hovercraft, build your own electronic circuit or put on reversible glasses and see the world upside down!
